交醫(yī)生命科學(xué)中心 (交一生物材料與再生醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)中心)
交一生物材料與再生醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)中心專(zhuān)注于自體細(xì)胞與生物墨水在再生醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究與應(yīng)用。作為一種前沿的醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù),自體細(xì)胞能夠通過(guò)重新編程和分化,實(shí)現(xiàn)人體組織的再生與修復(fù)。而生物墨水則是一種含有活體細(xì)胞和生物材料的可注入液體,用于3D打印人體組織和器官。
中心的研究團(tuán)隊(duì)致力于開(kāi)發(fā)先進(jìn)的自體細(xì)胞分離、培養(yǎng)和擴(kuò)增技術(shù),以提高自體細(xì)胞在再生醫(yī)學(xué)中的應(yīng)用效果。同時(shí),中心還研究設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新的生物墨水,以解決人工器官和組織移植中的供給問(wèn)題。
中心與多家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)、科研院所和企業(yè)展開(kāi)合作,共同推動(dòng)相關(guān)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)化。通過(guò)深入了解人體生物學(xué)特性和創(chuàng)新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,中心為實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)性化醫(yī)療和器官再生提供了有力的支持。
中心的目標(biāo)是在自體細(xì)胞和生物墨水研究方面取得突破性的進(jìn)展,并將其應(yīng)用于各種再生醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域,包括組織工程、器官再生和藥物篩選。通過(guò)跨學(xué)科的合作和持續(xù)創(chuàng)新,中心致力于為人類(lèi)健康和醫(yī)學(xué)進(jìn)步做出貢獻(xiàn)。
劉昌勝 1967年6月出生于湖北大冶,生物材料學(xué)家,中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士,華東理工大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,上海大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)、黨委副書(shū)記 。 長(zhǎng)期從事生物材料的研究,發(fā)展了多種活性骨修復(fù)材料以及生長(zhǎng)因子制備和材料活化新技術(shù);研制出自固化磷酸鈣人工骨并獲此類(lèi)產(chǎn)品注冊(cè)證,實(shí)現(xiàn)臨床廣泛應(yīng)用。 劉昌勝提出了仿生人體創(chuàng)傷自愈合過(guò)程、構(gòu)建材料在體內(nèi)引導(dǎo)組織原位再生的學(xué)術(shù)思路,利用材料在體內(nèi)所激發(fā)的系列生物學(xué)效應(yīng), 實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)生命材料向有生命組織的轉(zhuǎn)化。研制出自固化磷酸鈣人工骨,實(shí)現(xiàn)了準(zhǔn)確塑形、生物降解、同步成骨特性統(tǒng)一,獲國(guó)家藥監(jiān)局該類(lèi)產(chǎn)品首張注冊(cè)證, 已廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床。發(fā)明了制備人骨生長(zhǎng)因子和材料活性化的新方法,研制出活性骨修復(fù)體已應(yīng)用于臨床,取得了滿意的治療效果 。
